Consumer Complaint Form
| OAG accepts complaints from residents of the District of Columbia, and from people who have had problems with a business located in the District of Columbia. If you are located in Maryland or Virginia, or the business that you have had problems with is located in one of those states, see Selected Virginia and Maryland Agencies. The National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators provides links to consumer agencies in other states. |
Thank you for reporting this problem to the Office of the Attorney General.
Although this office does not represent individual consumers, it uses complaint
information it receives to determine whether there is a pattern or practice by
a business that warrants investigation or possible legal action by OAG. See Consumer
Complaints for more information on resolving a consumer problem.
To file your complaint, please fill out all sections of the form below.
Provide as much information as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk
(*) are required. The form will not submit without this information. If
you do not receive a "Thank You" page, please go back and check the
information you entered. The office will notify you if any action is to
be taken.
